I have never heard a word from Colton.
They never replied to my initial application. They never responded
to any of my numerous e-mails. Obviously, I never sent them any
money. As far as I know they are out of Business.

Their website states "Apart from our distance learning programs followed under the proper enrollment & credit completion plan, we also help those students who wish to get degrees on the basis of their work experience. To enroll you just need to visit any one of our partner sites and ask for the degree program that suits your requirements & learning."
Proper Disclosure
INCOMPLETE DISCLOSURE: They don’t mention any of the states
that do not accept the degree. Here’s what they say: “Colton State University is not accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education. Students who wish to transfer credits to an accredited institution or seek a position that requires an accredited degree should be aware that in most cases our degree will not be accepted. This fact should be considered when deciding on our educational programs.”
